Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Cassandro Digital provides IT consulting, cloud migration, automation, and cybersecurity services. Specific scope is defined in individual Service Agreements.
3. Payment Terms
Monthly retainers are billed in advance. Project-based work requires 50% deposit. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest.
4. Intellectual Property
We retain IP rights to all tools, frameworks, and proprietary software developed. Client data remains client property.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Outstanding payments remain due.
